At Mauldin High, PLCs drive everything we do! They empower us to learn, grow, and master our craft as educators.
By collaborating and using data-driven practices, PLCs help us meet our students' diverse needs and achieve excellence in our teaching.
It is an expectation that all teachers engage in collaboration with peers on a regular basis.
However, PLC Expectations are not one-size-fits-all and will be determined by department administrators based on the specific needs and goals for each group.
All PLCs should document their work in the MHS PLC Agenda, housed in the "PLC Hub" folder on Google Drive. Admin and ICs will provide feedback here via comments within the doc.
PLCs will be tasked with applying the learning from schoolwide PD into actual practice each month.
