Hi, Buena Vista families! I am SO excited to be  your First Grade teacher this year! I grew up in Upstate NY and that is where I started my teaching career. I taught K, 1 and 2 for 11 years before moving to SC. I then worked as a Reading Interventionist at another Greenville County school. 

Mr. Lawton and I live in Five Forks with our son, Evan (18 and a Freshman at USC), and daughters, Erin (16) and Anna (14), along with our three golden doodles - Jack, Maeve and Finn. When I'm not at school I enjoy floating in my pool, shopping and watching my children perform and play sports.
