Trump reiterates his demand to build a wall

By Jack Hinds and Will Maness

President Donald Trump has reiterated his demand for Congress to fund his border wall. He says he will “totally be willing” to shutdown the government if the wall doesn’t get funded.

The president, in his election, said that he will build a wall if he gets elected. He has kept his word but all of the Democrats don’t want the wall. Trump knows the wall is going to be five billion dollars, and our country already has $1.6 billion to fund so far. But, the five billion is just the structural fee. The security fee is going to cost extra money for the wall to be complete. Scalise, a Republican House Leader says,"We need to be there for him and make sure this gets signed." So, this means that Scalise really wants to have the document to build the wall.

Trump wants his wall so bad; and he is getting closer to achieving his goal. Even though the Democrats don’t want it he is still going to try to get the wall.
