Maternity Leave Disclosure
Please note that Mrs. Chloe Owens (School Mental Health Counselor), will be on maternity leave this fall (approximately October through December 2025). Referrals submitted during this time will be reviewed, and alternative supports can be provided until services with Mrs. Owens resume upon her return.
Families who would like support prior to her return are encouraged to connect with their grade-level counselor, League Academy's front office, supervisor Alesia Lowe-Jenkins (alowejenkins@greenville.k12.sc.us), or director Dena Fredricks (dfredricks@greenville.k12.sc.us) for assistance with community resources and alternate mental health supports.

How To Make a Referral:
School Counselors Counselors, Teachers, and Parents/Guardians can refer a student to receive mental health services.
Complete the referral form and email to chlowens@greenville.k12.sc.us.

Intake Process
Parent or guardian will need to attend the initial appointment and sign necessary consents for their child to begin therapy services.
The appointment will take place at League Academy.
Prepare for the appointment to last 60 to 90 minutes.
If your child has Medicaid, please bring a copy of the Medicaid card.
If your child does not have Medicaid, the services can be provided at no cost.
