About me

My name is John Kinssec, and I'm really excited to be joining the Bulldogs family. I have over 18 years of teaching experience. I'm certified in Varying Exceptionalities and Reading. I look forward to getting to know my students and their parents as I celebrate the rich and diverse traditions here at Berea High School.

In addition, I'm originally from Haiti. My family moved to Florida when I was 10 years old.  I have two grown sons and I'm the proud grandpa of my “A” Team: Aden (9 years old) and Ace (4 years old). They are truly the best things in my life. Chantal, my partner of 15 years, is my backbone and my greatest joy.  

When I'm not working and spending time with family, I love to enjoy the outdoors. Whether it is jet skiing, motorcycling, or mountain biking-the more adventurous the experience, the more I enjoy it…road-tripping is my favorite thing to do.
