Hello! My name is Lillian Johnson. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Francis Marion University, where I was awarded a full tennis scholarship. I later earned my master's degree in School Counseling from Capella University. Over the past decade, I have been actively involved in various educational programs, including the Crisis Intervention Team, the School Counselor Evaluator Team, and the Counseling Mentorship Program to name a few. During the 2023-2024 school year, I was honored to be recognized as Woodmont Middle School’s Teacher of the Year.

My passion for education grew after a career in the financial industry, leading me to pursue my true calling: working with students to help them improve each and every day. I have had the privilege of working with students at Eastside High School, Woodmont Middle School, and currently, Hillcrest Middle School.

My husband, Desmond, and I have two wonderful children, Lauren and Andre. As a family, we enjoy playing and watching sports and traveling together.
