Wildcat Round Up

Wildcat Round Up will begin the last week of July! Remember this is a drop in both days (see image for which last names attend each day). Students will receive schedules, have ID pictures made, receive car numbers, visit related arts stations, and pay fines or fees owed.

Before receiving a schedule:

7th graders MUST have their Tdap vaccine information on file or bring it with you
8th graders MUST sign up for their IGP conference (Sign up now to get a headstart: https://calendly.com/igp-conferences/igp-conference) .

Students will receive free breakfast AND lunch this year and there is no chrome book fee again this year. Chrome books will be available to sign up for parent backpack if you do not have one already.

Meet the Teacher

Bring your schedule (or pick on up if you did not attend Wildcat Roundup) and visit your classes for the year. You can walk the building and meet your teachers! Please come during your time slot to best prepare for the school year!

8th Grade Parents/Guardians: Sign Up Now!

Required Conference for all 8th grade students this fall

All 8th grade students and a parent/guardian are required to attend an Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) Conference with a school counselor this fall. Hillcrest Middle School Counselors facilitate these meetings in the months of October and November.

The conference lasts 30 minutes and we will be discussing: high school graduation requirements, specializied opportunities availbale to Greenville County School students, high school transition information and navigating the SchooLinks App. When you sign up, you will be notified which counselor you will come in and meet with on the day/time you signed up for.

If you are attending Wildcat Round Up Day in July (see information above), please show your confirmation email at the IGP Table so you can by-pass that station and pick up your student's schedule.
