Culinary Management

Welcome to the Golden Strip Career Center's Culinary Arts program! This course is to show the vast, exciting field of the food industry and everything you can do with this vital skill. Our program follows ProStart's Foundations of Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts levels 1, 2, and 3.

We are also involved in Skills USA, ServSafe, Fire Extinguisher Training, Dual Enrollment (level 3 only), competitions, and even possibilities of co-op work studies.

In this career-based school environment, you can expect to learn how to master the art of cooking, become certified in safety and sanitation, and take home a skill that will always have importance and need. Taking the student to the next level out of high school is also of utmost importance. With a focus on furthering education to a college level, students will be exposed to all of their options with culinary schools and the many different degrees that are used in the industry.
