Cece Disharoon has been working in the production field since 1996. She is, first and foremost, an audio system engineer and designer. She also has experience and training in Production Management, Stage Management, Lighting Design and Systems, Video Production, Rigging, and many other areas. She has toured the country of music acts, worked in some of the best theaters in the country, and worked on many different mega-events, including Times Square New Years and the Presidential Inauguration. She is always on the lookout for a new challenge or an interesting gig.

It all started when her sister said, "There's a major for people who like to make things and tell stories" at the Baltimore School for the Arts, one of the top five public performing arts high schools in the country. Cece auditioned and was accepted into the Stage Design and Production program at BSFA. After 4 years of training and her first few professional gigs, she realized that this was the career path she wanted to pursue. She received her BFA from the North Carolina School of the Arts with a major in Theatre Sound Design. And the rest of the story is simply a long list of shows, events, and tours.
