My name is Anna Couch and this is my 21st year teaching with Greenville County Schools.  I have taught K5 - 2nd grade and I am excited to begin my 11th year at Chandler Creek with our Kinder Crew.  This is a wonderful community to teach in and I have enjoyed getting to know many families, as well as learning more about Greer, during my time at CCE.  I am a 3rd generation teacher.  My mom and my grandmother were teachers too!

I began teaching in Greenville County after graduating from Presbyterian College with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education.  I also earned a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from University of South Carolina - Upstate and a M.Ed. in Literacy from Clemson University.  I am certified in the areas of Early Childhood Education, Literacy Teacher, and Literacy Coach.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, summer pool days, snowy winter days, traveling, watching football (Gooo Gamecocks!), and spending time with friends and family.

These are a few of my favorite things: Starbucks, the color green, Target, Chick-fil-a, trains (Choo Choo!), strawberries, Coke, mini 3 Musketeers, and cashews.

I am looking forward to a wonderful year learning together!
