Mission Statement
We will provide all students, without regard to one’s upbringing, with equitable access to a comprehensive school counseling program, and a safe environment, advancing academics, socialization, and personal and career development. We will use data-informed practices to ensure that all students can access rigorous and relevant coursework and experiences. Together, with intentional efforts of school staff and community, we will enhance a high-quality inclusive learning environment, optimizing the potential of all students, to be leaders, self-reliant, creative, and successful citizens.

“Advisory council” is a representative group of stakeholders selected to review and revise the implementation of a school counseling program.

School Counselors WILL:
Adhere to the American School Counselors Association (ASCA) ethical guidelines and standards.
Implement and manage data driven programs to support and implement Closing the Gap interventions and activities.
Annually evaluate the program through data, reflection, and feedback from the school community.
Foster and contribute to a safe and nurturing learning environment
Facilitate collaborative partnerships with community stakeholders.
