Human Growth and Sexuality Exemption form

All Physical Education/Health classes will attend a Human Growth and Sexuality unit.  This year the Human Growth and Sexuality unit for the 1st Semester students will be taught November 27-December 8, 2023.  All students will attend these classes unless their parent has completed a waiver form.  This form will be located on this site or on the District website under Comprehensive Health curriculum.   These forms must be brought into the school and signed by the parent.  No form will be accepted from the student or through email.  A preview of the contents of the unit may be perused by the parent.  This opportunity will be offered November 15-21, 2023.  You may schedule a time to come into the school by calling the front office.

This unit includes character education along with many other Health issues.  If you would like to see the curriculum being taught, you may come into the school and look over your child's grade packet.
