- Elbows form a 90 degree angle when in the down position.

- Cardiovascular Endurance: run, bike, jog, power walk, play a sport, hike, swim, Pacer Run, etc.
- Muscular Endurance: push-ups, sit-ups, arm curls, arm extensions, leg curls, leg extensions
- Muscular Strength: lift a heavy weight, lift a table, lift a brother/sister, lift up a corner of a bed, etc.
