Psychology Syllabus

Psychology is the study of human behavior and mental processes. This is a half-unnit social studies elective in which the student will, therough 4 instructional units, define psychology and its domains, learn basic research methods, the functions of the nervous system and the endocrine system, and various personaly, behavior, cognitive, and develpmental theories.

Major Assessments: 60% of quarter grade ( tests and projects)

Minor Assessments: 40% of quarter grade (various forms of classwork)
