Hello! I am Mr. Wilson, the band director here at Bryson Middle School. I am so pleased to be back in the upstate area after my time in Aiken County. I attended Furman University, where I received my bachelor's in Music Education. This year will mark my first year at Bryson. 

My primary instrument is the French horn, and I play clarinet as a secondary. In addition to teaching at Bryson, I am the brass and visual instructor at JL Mann High School for the marching band. Not only do I love teaching, but I love performing as well. I am a part of the Foothills Brass Band and the Lakeside community band. 

When I am not teaching, I have several hobbies that are important to me. One of them is reading. I think reading is second best to music. It can inspire and create worlds of your own. Another hobby I am interested in is video games. Ask me about my favorite ones!
