A Little About Me & What I do
My name is Rachelle Andino and I work in the Title I Department. My goal as a Parent & Family Involvement Coordinator is to ensure that each family feels empowered in their child's academic success. I am available to help all parents & families to navigate our school system through conferences and workshops throughout the year.
I began working full-time for the school district in 2015, first working as a clerk at Berea Middle. To gain a new experience in a different role, I took a position teaching a Science & STEAM Lab at Monaview Elementary, which was such an incredible and rewarding experience. In 2022, after seeing a great need for a bilingual Family Involvement Coordinator at my school, I transitioned into that new role.
It has always been my passion to serve others. I consider it an honor to serve our families in learning more about the ever-changing education system and to assist in providing all with valuable district and community resources.
