To request an Early Dismissal or Late Arrival, please print, complete and return the Form to the right to the Counseling Office.

To request schedule change, you must meet one of the following requirements:
I already have passed a class listed on my schedule.
I am a senior and I have completed an early dismissal form. (Form on BHS Counselor Webpage and paper copy must be on file with counselor)
I am a senior, and I need to add a class to graduate or to fulfill a requirement for a college in which I am applying.
I have not met the pre-requisite for the following class on my schedule. (For example: I am scheduled for French 2, but I have NOT taken French 1.)
