Student forgot their password? Reset it in Backpack for Staff on your Employee Portal
Chromebook won't turn on? Plug it in on the left side and check for a light - if it's red, the chromebook's got zero charge, if it doesn't have any light, hold down the refresh and power keys at the same time to see if the light comes on. You can also try to Powerwash.
Keyboard doing something weird? Click on the clock area and see if keyboard is set to US. If it's not, switch it and see if that corrects the problem.
