The Air Force Junior ROTC (AFJROTC) Unit Awards are earned for outstanding achievement or meritorious service rendered specifically on behalf of AFJROTC.  They are awarded annually to no more than the top 10% of the cadet corps.  To be eligible, a unit must meet certain criteria, including a rated Unit Assessment, a "Meets Standards" rating on its Self-Assessment, completion of a cadet-led community service project, and meeting all required deadlines.  The award signifies the unit's exceptional performance and dedication to the AFJROTC mission.
