Renew a Permit
Log in to your OH|ID account on the ODE website.
Access My Educator Dashboard in ODE.CORE.
The Green Local School District IRN is 050013.

Provide payment online through the secure portal. For assistance with payment, view the CORE User's Manual.
Make sure you have an updated FBI background check. Background checks are valid for five years. The Stark County ESC provides background check services.
Apply for a New Permit
If you have not yet created an OH|ID account, please follow the instructions in the CORE User's Manual.
Log in to your OH|ID account. Add the Educator Licensure app (page 4) and request an Educator State ID (page 6).
Apply for a new permit (page 10).
