VCAW Mystery Faculty Members Reveal:
Friday's faculty member was Ms. Christmas! She took Coal Mining in America and Obesity in the Heart of Appalachia, she started off as a Marketing major, she transferred colleges, she went to a Division II Athletics out-of-state school (Fairmont State), and she majored in Psychology! Ask her about these cool things! Congrats to Cameron Roach for guessing right
Thursday's teacher was Ms. Watson! Her favorite class was Anthropology, she was a member of the education pre-professional organization Kappa Delta Pi, her mother taught in a building right next to her dorm hall, and she was able to get her Master's just one year after her Bachelor's degree! Ask her about any of these experiences! Congrats to Taylor Franssen for guessing right
Wednesday's teacher was Ms. Tremblay! Her favorite class was Ecological Parasitology, she had several jobs throughout college including with Alumni Relations, in a lab, and as a tutor, her college (University of Vermont) has an annual snowball fight, she spent two summers doing cool research in the Caribbean and Maine, and she has a double minor with her Bachelor's degree as well as a Master's in Studio Art! Ask her about any of these interesting experiences! Congrats to Red Brock for guessing right
Tuesday's teacher was Mr. Whittaker! He has a minor in Physics, his favorite class in college was Freshmen English, he received a tuition abatement (in-state tuition for out-of-state college), his school Clemson has the most exciting 25 seconds in college football, and he has traveled all over the world with the Clemson and JMU Marching Bands! Monday's teacher was Ms. Richardson! She transferred colleges in order to complete the program she wanted, her favorite class was Classical Philosophy, she was editor of the University's Department Newspaper and Website, her campus was a fortification and battlefield in three different wars, and she excavated 17th century burials near Mary Washington's campus! Ask her about any of those super cool things! Congrats to Richard Townsley for guessing right
