Rooms will be double occupancy (you will have a roommate).
Travel Information
Recommended Airport is Denver International
It takes about and 30min to get from the airport to the hotel
Option 1: You can reserve a pickup and drop off to airport here.
Option 2: Rent a car.
Works best if you don't want to hang out with the group on the weekend or want to explore on your own.
I have some weekend things set up if interested!
Travel to the Institute Location form the Hotel is 10-15 min.
I will have a mini bus for transportation to the institute location and back to hotel.

Schedule
Time Zone - Mountain
Orientation Meeting is on Sunday, June 3rd @ 6pm - this will be Virtual.
In-Person Institute is June 19-23
Instructional Time is 8 AM to 5 PM Daily
Virtual Institute is June 26-27
When scheduling your arrival flight please keep in mind the distance from the airport.
Your departure flight should be scheduled to leave after 3 PM
Meals
Breakfast: Will be served at 7:30am each day at the Institute Location (could be breakfast burritos, muffins and fruit, yogurt...always coffee!)
Lunch: Will be catered in at Noon each day.
Dinner: Each participant will receive a gift card to eat dinner wherever they would like.
Snacks: Provided at the institute - Google Form will be sent out in April.
