1) Click on the Windows charm in the lower left, type "control" and choose Control Panel.
2) Type "printer" in the upper right search box and press enter
3) Click on "View devices and printers"
4) Click "Add a printer"
5) Click "The printer that I want isn't listed"
6) Click "Find a printer in the directory" then click "Next"
7) Search for printer by name in the name box then click "Find Now" (Toshiba print queues begin with the word "GCSD_" followed by the building name**).
8) Double click the printer/copier desired to add it to your profile
9) To make a printer your default, right click on the printer icon and choose "Set as Default Printer"
**AR, AT, LR, and OD, OL users should also add GCSD_Special to correctly print to the large tan/gray copiers.
