Skipping is a fun way to exercise and it improves your agility, balance, endurance and cardiovascular health!!! Jump ropes are cheap to buy and you might even have your Jump Rope for Heart skipping rope from last year. If you don't have a jump rope, don't worry! I posted a video that will teach you how to make your own jump rope at home!

These jumps are getting tricker and obviously I need more practice with these jumps lol
The side swing is a great transition move between tricks. Backwards jumping is lots of fun to try if you are proficient at forward jumping!

Crossovers and double unders are trickier jump rope moves so don't get discouraged if you can't do them...yet!
