Below are some easy and quick PE activities that you can do every day! You can workout by yourself but it is even more fun to workout with your family! Enjoy

Pick a colour and do the workout. Do all the activities on the colour list from top to bottom. Then rest for 30 seconds (this is a good time to get a drink of water.) Begin the list again! Try to keep going for 12 minutes or as long as you can! :)
If you don't know how to do an exercise on the colour workout that you choose, substitute it for another exercise that you know how to do.
Try a different colour workout each day! Do the workout with your brother or sister or parents. Have fun
Do each exercise in a bingo square 10 times (or 12 times or 15 times depending on your level) to complete that square.
Do 5 squares in a line to get a bingo! Play by yourself or with your brother, sister or parents :)
Do the animal moves workout by yourself or with your family. To make it even funnier, make the animal sounds as you do the moves!
Click on the button below to go to a fun online PE board game that the whole family can play. If you don't have dice you can write the numbers 1 through 6 on a piece of paper and draw them out of a bowl.
