Property Management Real Estate - Mount Gambier

GTE Apprenticeships | Traineeships is seeking an individual who is keen to begin a career in Real Estate Property Management right here in Mount Gambier.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to start their career in property management through a formal traineeship. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised, and committed to delivering excellent client service.

As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced property managers, gaining valuable on-the-job training while completing the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419). This is a part-time position, with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Personal Requirements:

• A genuine interest in building a career in real estate and property management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and database systems)

• Current driver’s licence (preferred)

• National Police clearance

•
