Born in 2016 the Grant County Council for a Brighter Future was composed of Williamstown and Grant County school personnel.  The vision was to unite the community and improve Kindergarten Readiness.  In 2018 the council applied for the Kentucky Community Early Childhood Council (CECC) funding.  Upon receiving this grant we are hopeful to further our mission of providing Early Childhood information and events to Grant County.
