This class is for Student Athletes. Advanced weight training and conditioning for athletes that want to improve performance in their up coming season.
Single Sport Athletes and In-Season Athletes without an athletics class should enroll.
**Returning Athletes Only. (No Seniors, Freshman with Approval)
Note: In-Season Athletes will be placed in their respective Competitive Athletics class by the coach when applicable.
