**REQUIRED FOR GRADUATION**
A hybrid class consisting of both academics and activity focusing on providing an answer to the "How" and "Why" of fitness activity and related concepts. Students will receive exposure to tools and techniques to craft fitness opportunities to fit an individuals lifestyle over the course of the life-cycle. This is a Participation-Based Class, meaning you will need to consistently be present, active, and engaged to be successful.
