We will redefine and transform teaching & learning in order for students to actualize their own unique genius.

1. Professional Development: Students will actualize their unique genius as a result of frequent, personalized and focused staff collaboration and professional development.
2. Engaged Learner: Students will develop a deeper understanding of grade level expectations and the necessary skills to be successful lifelong learners, through engagement.
3. Culturally Responsive Teaching: All staff will develop the skills to form authentic relationship with students in order to bridge the gap between culture and instruction.

It is important to note that these action plans are subject to funding and various other circumstances.
