Learning more about Grace Alliance Christian School and joining us as a partnering family is a multi-step process.
This is an outline of what you can expect.
Initial Contact Form - contact the school to receive a link to complete an online form providing basic family information
Interview and Fee - schedule an interview with school administrator(s) to learn more about the school and for us to learn more about you (a $100 non-refundable processing fee per student is collected at this time)
Visit - schedule a school visit to see the school in action, visit classrooms and observe
Assessments - schedule assessments of potential student for academic and behavior standards
Notification - acceptance or denial of student application will be confirmed with a letter from GACS
Register - upon acceptance, you will be asked to complete GradeLink online enrollment and complete necessary paperwork
Welcome - access granted to GACS Parent HUB (GACS Handbook, School Year Calendar, Supply Lists, Uniform Code, and Family Directory, etc.)
We charge $3,000 for half day kindergarten, $4,450 for lower school and $4,700 for upper school tuition.
Payment may be made in full at the beginning of the year or paid in 12 installments from August to July.
No multiple student discount is offered for kindergarten students.
1st-12th grade students: A 10% discount is offered for the second child, a 20% discount is offered for the third child, and a 30% discount is offered for each additional child.
Tuition and fee payments are automatically withdrawn from your specified account on the 5th or 20th of the month.
Late payments will incur a $30 late fee.
Families are obligated to pay tuition for all full or partial months attended plus one month.
New Student Application Fee and Returning Student Registration Fee - $100/student
Resource Fee per student - $500 kindergarten / $350 lower school / $400 upper school
Building Fee per student - $500 kindergarten / lower / upper
*All Fees are non-refundable.
Tuition, Resource and Building fees are combined into 12 equal monthly payments from August through July.
Half day kindergarten total tuition and fees = $4,000
Lower school total tuition and fees = $5,300
Upper school total tuition and fees = $5,600
At this time, GACS is unable to offer Financial Aid.
We do offer a multi-student discount for families with more than one student attending GACS.
