Fundraisers

Scholastic Book Fairs will be held for two weeks in September and for two weeks in the spring. The first week of the fair is reserved for students to visit during class time and create a wish list. During the second week, the fair will be open for parents to shop with their children. Hours will be published in the school newsletter.

We will also host a "Donuts with Grown Ups" event during the Fall Book Fair. This is an opportunity for families to enjoy breakfast and shop at the Book Fair with their students before the school day begins.

Aspen Creek Elementary Library receives 25% cash profit of all sales, in addition to free books and educational materials from Scholastic.

Magazine Sales are held in the late winter/ early spring. This is a NON-door-to-door sale! All we ask is that parents help their students fill out the names and addresses of relatives that may be interested in subscribing to or renewing subscriptions for magazines. We will then send out necessary materials to these addresses. These names are used only for this mailing. Online orders may be placed year round. When orders are placed, Aspen Creek receives the profits that month.

If parents are interested in subscribing or renewing a subscription, there is a list of magazines available at discounted prices in the packet.
