Strategic Plan
Glassboro Public School District
We are seeking Strategic Plan Committee Members
Glassboro Public School District
The Glassboro Public School District is creating a new Strategic Plan. A strategic plan is a shared roadmap. It sets the district’s direction for the next three to five years and helps guide decisions about learning, programs, and resources.
The plan will be built with the community. The Strategic Planning Committee will bring together parents and guardians, staff, students, community members, and members of the Board of Education. The Strategic Planning Committee is designed to include all of these voices, so the plan reflects the full range of people it serves.
Participants will meet three times this winter and are asked to attend all three sessions. Each session is about an hour and a half and is led by the New Jersey School Boards Association, a statewide organization that works with local school boards. The sessions build on one another, moving from where the district is today to where we want to be and how we’ll get there.
Time: All Session will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Location: Glassboro High School Media Center [Map]

SESSION 1
Where do we want to be?
SESSION 2

SESSION 3
Space is limited to keep discussions small, so we'll invite participants from everyone who shares their interest. Please share your interest by Friday, November 20, 2026.
Committee members are asked to attend all three: January 21, February 18, and March 9, 2027.
A summary of each session will be posted on the Meetings page, so everyone can follow the work, whether or not they're on the committee.
After the third session, the New Jersey School Boards Association will prepare a final report. The plan will then be presented to the Board of Education in spring 2027.
