We have setup a self-serve password reset to enable you to reset your password if you are at home or away from the district.
If you need your password reset while on a district computer you will still need to contact the IT Department. Please be prepared with your employee ID number as we cannot reset your password without it.
Before you can use the password reset tool you will need to enter some personal information that only you would know, similar to setting up online banking.
You can complete the setup on any computer, including a district computer, by clicking on this link.
You will need to enter some information so we can confirm who you are if you ever need to reset your password such as;
A mobile phone number to get a text.
An alternate email address to your district address. (such as a personal Microsoft or Google email, service provider email such as Telus, Eastlink, etc.)
Security questions which only you would know.
Once you have set this up, if you ever forget your password, you will be able to reset it from home or any other non-district computer.
Just click here to start the reset process and click on "Can't Access Your Account?"
