Growth Mindset

A challage that I faced this year is choir region. I was very scared because I thought I was going to mess up. When I was about to go in and I remember be so scared that my hands were shaking. I went in and I wasn't scared. When I came out I felt fine. I learned that it is never that scary , it was only in my head.
