GPISD Scholarship (2025)

Did you know that being a part of the Parent Teacher Association at North Shore Senior High provides you with scholarship opportunities? As of September 15th, 2025  Texas PTA opened a Scholarship for Seniors.

Complete the Scholarship application in 3 easy steps:

1. Join PTA.

2. Apply for the Scholarship online.

3. Meet the deadline by November 15th, 2025!

Before you begin, you may want to have the following documents ready:

• Your resume which lists community involvement and academic achievements.

• Any letters of recommendation from a teacher, pastor, employer, after school club sponsor, etc.

• A well-thought-out, essay explaining why you should receive the scholarship.

• Your up-to-date transcript.

• FAFSA information.

In addition, if the application asks for specific information, please include:

• What PTA does on our campus: contributes to scholarships, supports the Reflections art program, sponsors various Teacher Appreciations, and supplies end-of-the-year awards to teachers who are retiring.  In addition, NSSH PTA works with the Spanish National Honor Society to sponsor the Pulsera Project (bracelets) and A Million Thanks for correspondence with overseas troops.
