7th Grade Reflection
As every school year passes, I reflect on the ways that I have changed. I always try to analyze myself as a person and compare myself to how I was before the school year started. Because of this, I have been able to find a few different things that have changed in me because of this school year as a 7th grader.
One of the ways that I have developed as a person is that my social skills have improved. I had the opportunity of meeting different people with different backgrounds which has helped me understand people much better. This understanding of people has made me less shy which is a great improvement compared to my past years. Since I have gotten rid of my shyness and now have a deeper understanding of people, this has helped me become more confident in myself.
I have also changed as a student in many different ways. One of those ways is that because I met new teachers this year, I was exposed to different teaching styles. Many of my teachers had their own way of teaching, so I had to adapt in order to succeed in all of my classes. I believe that this will be very helpful in my future academic life because when I meet new teachers, I will already have some experience with other teachers so adapting to their style will be easier.
In conclusion, I have changed in many ways. I have changed as a person by becoming less shy, and I have changed as a student by getting to know different teaching styles. These changes will certainly help me in the future and are just one of the many other changes in life and school that will shape me into a better person.
