Some ways I prioritized my self and my well being this year were by thinking about how things would affect me, by putting my well being before other things that weren't as important, by focusing on myself more than I used to, and by doing more things for me than for others. One way I prioritized myself more was by thinking about what i was about to do before I did something. This helped my well being and self care by helping me see what was good for me and bad for me. Another way I helped my well being was by putting my well being before other less important things. I would think about my well being and what I could do to help it before I did something that didn't need to be done right now. I helped my well being by focusing on myself more than I used to. Before I didn't really take time to stop and think about my well being or if I was okay. Now that I've realized that I should pay more attention to my well being I take time to stop and think about my well being. Before I would do things to please others and disregard things to do for myself. It wasn't like I just wouldn't do anything for myself but I would do more things for other people. Now I do more things to help myself, I still do things to help other people though.
