One significant obstacle that I overcame this year was bringing my grades up. At the start of the year my grades were very low and I had problems getting them up. After I realized I needed to bring my grades up I redid assignments, and made sure that I got high grades on the rest of my assignments. Once I did these things my grades came up they weren't as high as I would have liked but they were still decent. After I got my grades up and the next nine weeks came I made sure my grades didn't get low again.
