Reflections of Myself

I am from the half burned scented candles in my room

From the comfortable couches in my grandma's house

I am from a caring family that stays with you through thick and thin

And from a hard working family

I am from succulents 

Whose very beautiful and are easy to maintain

I am from my cheer team

And from R&B music

I am from Erika and Paul

And from tamales and baked potatoes 

I am from those moments when my family is all together laughing until our stomachs begin to hurt
