In the LOTC Drill Team I have experienced a lot of failure with the rest of the team. Competition after competition we lost. However, this was all due to a lack of coordination, and the simple occurrence of "forgetting" What I mean by, "forgetting", is that our usual commander was out for the day, so we had to resort to the secondary commander. This said commander was only rarely exposed to unarmed drills, but he had to now command both unarmed and armed drills. As I expected surprisingly only once, he mixed up the armed routine with the unarmed routine. However, we did win a couple trophies, so I suspect he's at least somewhat capable. Another failure I had experienced was American Football. Just as LOTC was a team failure Football was too. This is because we had a lack of coordination, low morale, and low effort.
