6th Grade Reflection
Overall sixth grade has been a struggle, but it has also helped me in more ways than I can explain. This year has been hard to keep up with, but in various ways has it also thought me to behave well, be responsible, and be a strong person.
I have become a stronger person because of sixth grade and I am forever grateful. I used to be very shy and conservative and would never talk to other people. Although, I have found friends who would care for me and make me smile through hard times. During sixth grade, I reached my expectations and accomplished great things like winning 3rd place at the UIL social studies competition. I have improved greatly in my school subjects throughout the year. And I have been proud of my recent accomplishment which was getting my very first A in reading for my practice STAAR test.
One of the nicest things someone has done for me was telling me they liked me for who I am and how I am. This gave me motivation because I have always wanted to be an open and cheerful person who is kind and friends with everyone. Although it may not be possible for me to be that way I still hope to be a kind person. Sixth grade has definitely improved my responsibility because I now turn in all work at the given time needed. And I am a great student during school hours.
In the end, sixth grade was one of my best years I made some of my best memories and made plenty of struggles. But through it all, I have learned and been taught many things like responsibility. It has also made me a very different person to where I am emotionally stronger.
