The IDEA-DA Data Review Protocol (DRP) process is designed to support teams in understanding the IDEA-DA data sources and to begin interpretation, prioritization and implementation planning around the data. The DRP tool is completed in ACHIEVE. The following materials can be used to facilitate the team's completion of the DRP.

Facilitator Preparation Checklist: This is a checklist for the facilitator to help prepare materials and logistics for the DRP session.
DRP Facilitation Guide: This guide can be used during the DRP session to walk the facilitator through each step of the Data Review Protocol process, providing guiding questions and key prompts for the facilitator.
DRP Notetaker: This document is used during the DRP to record the brainstorming and team notes through each step. These notes are then used to complete the DRP prompts at the end of each step.
Data Cheat Sheet: The data cheat sheet provides more detailed information about each data element, including the source of data, what it means, and why it is important.
ACHIEVE DRP User Guide: This document provides step by step directions for accessing and using the DRP in ACHIEVE.
ACHIEVE DRP Video Guide: This video provides step by step directions for the DRP Management User to access and use the DRP in ACHIEVE. Please note, this video was created using Academic Success-Literacy as an example. While general functionality is the same, there are minor differences in content and steps. Please refer to the Secondary Transition specific facilitation materials above for clarification on content and steps.
