If you'd like dedicated doula support and a feeling of continuity of carer, but can't afford my full doula package, you may like to hire me as a pregnancy and postpartum companion. From the moment you hire me until 3 months postpartum, I will be just a whatsapp message away for reassurance and signposting! You can also borrow books about birth from my home doula library.
In the lead up to your birth we will meet up 3 times for 2.5hrs each.
What we do can be up to you - you might choose to

🌱 Have my help to create an empowering birthplan that truly communicates your needs and wishes

🌞 Have me as a companion for a hospital visit or scan to help you advocate and understand your options
And after the birth, we will meet up one more time to either....

🌼 Have some mother support for 3hrs in your home
🌻 Honour yourself with a 'Closing the Bones' ceremony
