MSU Brief Teleconsultation Services for Families during COVID:

This program provides consultation services for families, free of cost, to address concerns with children’s social, emotional and behavioral concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic. Self-Care During COVID-19

Self-care can be a great tool for parents, especially now. Trails to Wellness is a mental health resource rooted in evidence based practices run by the University of Michigan. They have put out a self-care guide filled with coping skills, videos, and resources for everyone. Click on the icon to the left or link below to access the guide.

Mindfulness is a practice that can help students and adults refocus their thoughts and feel more calm, especially during difficult times. Calm, which is usually an app that is paid for, has released some free mindfulness tools. These tools include guided mediation, yoga, and breathing/grounding exercises.
