Dr. Shufan Sung has been practicing law in the state of California since 2011 and has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the legal field. She has been working for private law firms and as an immigration adviser at Arizona State University (ASU), International Students and Scholars Center (ISSC). She is knowledgeable in employment-based petitions for immigrants and U.S. companies. Dr. Sung and her husband have been through all major employment-based immigration process in the US. They also went through immigration issues having both struggles and success. Her personal journey through immigration petitions helps her have empathy for her clients.
Her background in corporate law has enabled her to assist in international commercial matters. She enjoys studying the changes of legislation and how that affects the real world immigrants. She is a writer for the American Bar Association newsletter and Los Angeles Daily Journal. She earned her first law degree from National Taiwan University School of Law, Master's degree from National Tsing Hua University, LL.M. degree from UCLA School of Law, and Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) from Golden Gate University School of Law with multiple merit scholarship awards. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. She was a Visitor Scholar at UC Berkeley School of Law.

Dr. Anthony Sung is one of the most knowledgeable counsels in Taiwan with more than 30 years practice experience. His practice involves broadly in international commercial law and immigration related international investment. He served in the court in Taiwan many years before becoming an attorney. With solid courtroom experience, he is well-respected for the superior legal knowledge when later on he becomes an attorney in private practice. Dr. Marc Santamaria focuses on business immigration visas such as E-2. He has several years of experience in immigration law and also advised clients on pre-immigration tax planning. He earned his Bachelor's of Arts in Legal Studies at U.C. Berkeley, his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from San Francisco Law School and his Legum Magister (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies from Golden Gate University School of Law where he earned the LL.M. Outstanding Student Award. He also earned his Master’s in Taxation from University of San Francisco Law School.
Santosh Giri is a Business Immigration Paralegal. He graduated from Golden Gate University, School of Law and has worked exclusively as a Business Immigration Paralegal/Specialist since 2006 with various law firms. He is well-versed in corporate immigration matters including H-1B, PERM, L-1, EB-1 and TN Visas.
