Mr. Gould enjoys longstanding professional relationships with the NYS Departments of Environmental Conservation and Health as well as established relationships with environmental consultants, drilling contractors, laboratories and equipment suppliers. As president of Gould Groundwater Investigations, Inc., Mr. Gould is responsible for client and regulatory relations, project management, and report writing and reviews.
