Log and Journal Due Dates

Logs are to be complete every day.   Your completed logs need to be submitted to your supervisor every Friday before you leave your placement.

Every box on the log should be filled out, even when you are sick or there are PD days or holidays.  Just write "No placement due to PD day" or "home sick."

The Activities section should include a short summary of what you did that day.

Unless there is an issue with your supervisor, you will all complete your logs online.  The website used for the logs is hourrepublic.com

The monthly journals are due:

FIRST SEMESTER

Journal 1 - End of October

Journal 2 - End of November

Journal 3 - End of January

Coop Reflection - Exam Period

SECOND SEMESTER

Journal 1 - End of March

Journal 2 - End of April 30

Journal 3 - End of May
