All forms are due as soon as possible.  if you have not handed them in, you need to do so immediately!

Journals and logs need to be handed in by the due date.  Keep on top of this!

FIRST SEMESTER

Your first evaluation from your employer is due Friday, November 6th. 

Your second evaluation from your employer is due Friday, January 15th.

 Health and Safety Assignment is due end of October.

Profile of the Placement is due end of November.

Post Secondary Investigation is due end of December.

SECOND SEMESTER

Your first evaluation from your employer is due Friday, April 9th. 

Your second evaluation from your employer is due Friday, June 11th.

 Health and Safety Assignment is due end of March.

Profile of the Placement is due end of April.

Post Secondary Investigation is due end of May.

All assignments are to be submitted to submitted in Brightspace.
