All forms are due as soon as possible.  if you have not handed them in, you need to do so immediately!

Journals and logs need to be handed in by the due date.  Keep on top of this!

Your first evaluation from your employer is due Friday, April 10th. 

Your second evaluation from your employer is due Friday, June 12th.

Health and Safety Assignment is due March31st.

Profile of the Placement is April 30th.

Post Secondary Investigation is May 29th.
