Developmental Screening Clinics: Pop-up clinics for children entering Kindergarten, hosted at EarlyON centres across the board.
Drop-In Mental Health Clinics: Available throughout July and August across Thames Valley—no appointment needed.
Summer Programs: Partnerships with local organizations offer a variety of opportunities for children and families.
TVDSB Summer School
Summer School begins June 29th, 2026. If students have registered for a course, students should check their email frequently. Students who have been accepted into the courses should receive an email with all of the summer school information in late June. For any other information please click the link here:
2026-2027 Student Timetables
Student timetables for the 2026-2027 school year will be released through the student portal the last week in August. Students who require a SEMESTER 1 timetable change for one of the following reasons may request a timetable change:
a course is required to graduate/for post-secondary program
a course was completed in summer school
timetable is unbalanced/missing a pre-requisite
dropping a class to add a spare (grade 12 only)
Students who met this criteria will be able to submit their SEMESTER 1 course change requests through a google form on the Guidance Website starting in the last week of August.

TVDSB Summer School Registration
Registration for eLearning will be open on March 23, 2026 at 8:00am. Students are responsible for signing up for summer school courses in myBlueprint.
Courses are available on a first come first serve basis. There will be no Waiting Lists for courses. Once courses are full, they will not be available for selection in myBlueprint.
Please note: All summer programs work on a first come, first served registration system. When spaces are full, programming options will close. This may happen before the registration deadline, dependent upon demand.

To apply to Ontario Universities, here are the step-by-step instructions.
Here is the presentation from the March 6 assembly. The South Student Profile (submission to be eligible for award consideration) is due March 29 and is posted in the Google Classroom. The TVEF awards are due April 22, submitted to the shared folder. The awards are listed in the directory on the TVDSB website. See the attached presentation on how to access/view them, read the eligibility requirements, etc.

This is for Grade 12 students who are planning on applying to University. We will distribute the PINS the week of Oct. 11-14, 2022. (Students applying to College do not need to create an OUAC account.)
